The Associate Minister unveiled the church's new campaign slogan last Sunday: 'I Upped My Pledge - Up Yours.
Recipe: Baked Chocolate Pudding
1 cup flour
2tsp baking powder
1\4 tsp salt
2 tsp cocoa
¾ cup sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup chopped nuts
2 tsp melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla essence
Topping:
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
- Sift together dry ingredients then add milk, margarine and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add nuts, mix well.
- Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with the topping.
- Pour 1½ cups of boiling water on top BUT TO NOT STIR.
- Bake for 25 mins at 180⁰C. Serve warm with custard or cream.
