Yoghurt and Cheese Muffins
Ingredients:
125ml wholewheat flour
125ml cheese, grated
125ml milk
5ml baking powder
125ml Bulgarian yoghurt
1 egg, lightly beaten
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Sift the dry ingredients together and mix in the cheese.
- Combine yoghurt, milk and egg and mix gradually into the dry ingredients.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into greased muffin pans
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
