Yoghurt and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients:

125ml wholewheat flour
125ml cheese, grated
125ml milk
5ml baking powder
125ml Bulgarian yoghurt
1 egg, lightly beaten

 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Sift the dry ingredients together and mix in the cheese.
  3. Combine yoghurt, milk and egg and mix gradually into the dry ingredients.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into greased muffin pans
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
