Shire were proud to invite current and future residents of Kronendal to the first Sunday lunch in the new dining room at Kronendal on Sunday 4 December 2011.

Residents in the cottages at Kronendal and future residents of the apartments (opening in the week of 13 December 2011) enjoyed a fantastic meal from the new kitchens and relaxed in the luxury of the new dining room.
A gala event is planned for 12 December, which will be the official opening of the new facility.

This luncheon was a sneak preview for the residents who have been patiently making use of the temporary dining room while the new facility was being constructed.

We wish the residents many long, happy evenings in front of the fire or around the bar enjoying sport on the communal TV. The new meeting room, library and internet room are also now in operation and offer a quiet, cool place to get some work done or relax with a book or an IPAD.
